‘TELEPHONE’ NUMBERS: Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” rises 5-3 with Greatest Gainer honors on Pop Songs, one notch below the singer’s former three-week No. 1, “Bad Romance.”
With the ascent of “Telephone,” Lady Gaga becomes one of just three women in the chart’s archives to occupy two of the top three simultaneously.
Here is a recap of the women to claim two-thirds of the top three:

“Bad Romance”
“Telephone” (featuring Beyonce)
Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” rises 5-3 with Greatest Gainer honors on Pop Songs, one notch below the singer’s former three-week No. 1, “Bad Romance.”
With the ascent of “Telephone,” Lady Gaga becomes one of just three women in the chart’s archives to occupy two of the top three simultaneously.
Should “Telephone” book a ride to the top, Lady Gaga, with her first six Pop Songs entries, would tie Mariah Carey for most No. 1s in the chart’s history.
InStyle’s Entertainment Editor met Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper to talk style, sex and celibacy – and she discovered the girls just wanna have fun… safely.
Monday’s launch of MAC’s new Viva Glam lipsticks was extra special because I got to meet and interview the campaign’s new faces – Lady GaGa and 80s pop legend Cyndi Lauper. My inner gay man could barely contain himself.
The ladies were in town to promote the MAC. campaign – From Our Lips – and to also spread the word about safe sex for women. Did you know that we ladies are more likely to become infected with HIV than men? Nope – us either.
That’s why every penny (excluding VAT) from the sale of the Viva Glam lipsticks goes towards the MAC AIDS Fund. (Lady GaGa’s shade is a gorgeous candy pink and Cyndi’s is a luscious coral red),
I can report that far from being intimidating divas both stars were charm personified. GaGa is petite and slender (nowhere near the emaciated figure some papers would have you believe) while Cyndi is quirky, sweet and spoke so softly you could barely hear her.

GaGa visited the Buddha Bar in London after filming ‘The Jonathan Ross Show’, and was supported by two minders as they helped her back to the car.Check more candid pictures by clicking the image above!
Gaga recorded yesterday her appearance on the Jonathan Ross show. It airs this Friday, March 5.
Lady GaGa is not about to tone down her style any time soon after claiming she would ‘rather die’ than dress down.
The outrageous star lived up to her reputation as she went through four costume changes for a television appearance and then denied that she dressed for effect and publicity, and insisted she was just being herself.
Echoing Victoria Beckham’s statement, the Bad Romance singer said she would always wear heels as she appeared on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross.
She appeared in several costumes including, for her performances of Telephone and Brown Eyes, a bright white, spiky dress which gave her the appearance of a snowflake, and a PVC-studded corset with knee-high boots with feathered shoulders.
In the green room, where celebrities gather to watch the show before they are interviewed, she wore an elaborate PVC hat with a veil and telephone on top.
She then changed again for the interview with Mr Ross into high perspex heels, a shiny trouser suit which showed her black bra, and gloves.
Ever the publicist (her single Telephone, featuring Beyonce, is out now), she added another telephone hat to the ensemble.
The singer told Mr Ross she loved to dress up and would not be changing her ways anytime soon.
The Release Date of the Highly Anticipated Music video “Telephone” Ft. Beyonce Has been Released.
The Premiere Will be Next Monday, March 8. The Video Will Be released at LadyGaGa.com, Just Like Bad Romance.

Top session musicians touring with the likes of Kanye West and Lady Gaga have recently spoken about their use of and preference for RolandMusical Instruments and Equipment.
Drummer Charles Haynes and keyboardist Pete Kuzma first formed a strong musical partnership whilst playing for rapper Kanye West.
The transition to playing for Lady Gaga required heavy changes on the equipment that they used.
When rehearsals began for The Fame Monster Tour, Charles and Pete were using considerably larger drum and keyboard set-ups.
However, with song lists and sounds changing on a daily basis, it was clear that they needed to downsize their rigs.
Charles and Pete simply turned to their Roland gear for the solutions and haven’t looked back.
